Risograph reproduction.

I’ve always admired the work by Georgia Green.

• Colour

• Tones

• Image quality

• Size

• Multiplicity

So getting to use Riso firsthand was an opportunity to explore.

Also, as someone who likes Zines… I want to explore this medium.

From Nairnshire, I had a photo that I thought lent itself to Riso. Given my response to Green’s work, I decided to begin and see what I could produce.

The result was a fair representation of the photo. I would need to think about this process to use it further. The quality, when printed on smooth paper, was acceptable.
